濱燒活貝 いさむ

The king of grilled seafood! Since they are grilled alive, there is no unpleasant smell, and they are full of flavor. They pair wonderfully with butter.

Slightly larger than clams, it is packed with flavor. The aroma is also very good, and the texture feels a bit firmer than clams.

It has a crunchy texture, and you can really feel the sweetness and umami. It also contains a lot of nutrients compared to other shellfish.

This is also the king of grilled seafood! It is full of the aroma of the shore and rich in flavor. The included succinic acid (umami component) is said to be twice that of abalone.
