This is the most popular course meal. It includes sweetfish sashimi, grilled sweetfish with salt, simmered dishes, vinegared dishes, sweetfish fry with wild vegetables, soup, and rice.
The most luxurious dish of Amago. Amago sashimi, grilled Amago with salt, mountain vegetables, simmered dish, vinegared dish, tempura of young Amago and mountain vegetables, sweetened Amago, soup, rice.
This is a rice bowl featuring the eggs of Amago, which are in season during autumn. It is recommended for this time of year. The rice bowl consists of Amago eggs. Amago is a freshwater fish from the salmon family, and this special rice bowl can only be enjoyed at Amago's inn.
We have a hot pot available from October to May only.
2 pieces. This is local amago from the specialty inn. You can enjoy it freshly grilled.
You can enjoy hot sake poured over grilled amago served piping hot.
