A confection made by baking almond-flavored meringue until caramelized, then piping with homemade caramel-infused whipped cream.

This is a traditional souffle cheesecake. When freshly baked, it has a fluffy texture, but the cheese flavor becomes stronger gradually from the next day onwards.

A simple classic chocolate cake. Made with milk instead of heavy cream for a refreshing taste.
