Tamano Hikari, a brewery representing Fushimi, produces this pure rice sake brewed from the finest Bizen Omachi rice. It is a dry, fragrant sake that emphasizes pure rice. Despite its dryness, it has a certain elegance and features a gentle flavor characteristic of Fushimi.
A pure rice ginjo made with 100% of the highest quality sake rice 'Iwai' from Kyoto. It has a delicate and rich flavor. The label is also vibrant, making it recommended for celebratory occasions. The taste is slightly sweet.
A refreshing and comforting pure rice sake that evokes the blue sky. It has a clean mouthfeel, and the umami of the rice is distinctly felt.
