最初的一道菜非常精緻，細緻的擺盤讓我心情愉悅。海鮮醃製品的蔬菜切割得像木紋一樣整齊，讓人不忍心下口。清澈的湯品味道濃郁，裡面的小拉比奧利包著鵝肝，入口時感覺輕柔融化。烤的真子鰈魚搭配新鮮夏橙的奶油醬，後味清爽，讓我很喜歡。主菜的牛肉散發著香草的香氣，肉質柔嫩多汁。最後的甜點和紅茶也都很用心，服務也讓人感到舒適。
