This is a dish finished without adding kabayaki sauce. Please enjoy it with sabi soy sauce.

Yonman Onsen is a drinkable hot spring. We let the hot spring sit for a day and then made a soup with vegetables, meat, and fish, finishing it with fluffy rice♪ It has been highly praised as one of the top 3 popular dishes in our restaurant, giving a risotto-like feeling!
