ビストロ炭燒肉酒場 チキンレッグ 中野店

A super popular menu item with a 90% order rate! The secret to the deliciousness of this skirt steak lies in the secret marinade and charcoal grilling. The beef skirt steak, marinated slowly in the addictive secret sauce, becomes incredibly tender, surprising customers with its flavor. When an order comes in, this carefully marinated skirt steak is placed on the charcoal grill and cooked all at once. At this time, the marinade drips onto the charcoal, creating smoke that infuses the meat with an indescribable aroma, resulting in a taste that cannot be experienced with gas or griddle-cooked meat.

Tender enough to fall off the bone, yet still retaining a satisfying meatiness, these back ribs are exquisitely prepared! A dish that pairs perfectly with beer and is highly addictive! You can order from just one piece. (The photo shows ten pieces.)

The quality and flavor of Satsuma Chiran chicken is the best. The tataki grilling, which is the name of our chicken leg dish, is lightly grilled over charcoal. Enjoy our proud tataki, grilled to a rare finish, with a refreshing ponzu sauce!

This is a gratin made with coarsely ground beef and mashed potatoes.
