The 'Golden Egg Crown' is placed on top of our carefully crafted ketchup rice♪ We quickly fry the egg and delicately wrap it to achieve a creamy and fluffy texture. Its appearance is truly like a crown, and when you gently open the egg, the crown transforms into a dazzling dress♪

This popular omelette rice has been a favorite since the opening, featuring fluffy and creamy omelette atop flavorful chicken rice seasoned to perfection, all enhanced by the chef's signature demi-glace sauce for a bold taste!
