地元的食材所製作的料理應有盡有，每一道都充滿了細緻的味道。章魚無論是生食、炸物還是飯類，風味都非常好，讓人不禁露出微笑。土瓶蒸加上一點柑橘，香氣四溢，鮮味更是提升了不少。烤牛肉濕潤柔軟，味道的融合非常出色。最後的章魚飯上還放了魚子，鹽的調味恰到好處，讓人能夠享受至最後一口。從大窗戶可以眺望瀨戶內的美景，連甜點的布丁也讓人感到非常滿足。
