Body: Light-Medium | ABV: 5.0% | IBU: 15. Our best-selling beer, River City Raspberry, is a fruit beer that builds on our already delicious wheat ale by adding a locally blended 100% natural raspberry purée that lends a subtle sophisticated tang. Incredibly easy-drinking, it's served in our restaurants with a spoonful of raspberries in every pint
Body: Medium | ABV: 5.0% | IBU: 40. This North American style pale ale is quite hoppy and delicious. Its 'rig' sized aroma comes from the lethal pairing of Cascade and Centennial hops that are paired with American Victory malt to offer a caramel counterpoint
Body: Medium | ABV: 5.0% | IBU: 35. A traditional red ale, Hammerhead combines three types of hops to create a sophisticated brew with teeth. Once you get a taste of this red you'll be ravenous for more
Body: Light-Medium | ABV: 5.0% | IBU: 15. If you prefer your wheat ales in a slightly blue shade, Brewfoot Blueberry blends ten types of blueberries from across North America to add a fruity finish to our refreshing wheat beer. Of course you'll always find fresh blueberries bobbing around in every pour from Brewsters taps
Body: Medium | ABV: 5.0% | IBU: 19. This is Brewsters original premium lager. A North American/German hybrid combining a slightly sweet malt flavour with mild bitterness, thanks to a mix of Perle, Strisselspalt and Cluster hops
Body: Medium | ABV: 5.0% | IBU: 15. So popular it's become a full time brew! This crisp refreshing wheat beer has just a touch of sweet peachy goodness
Body: Medium | ABV: 6.5% | IBU: 70. Pour a tall drink and tell some tall tales with Honest Paul IPA, a refreshing ale with a hoppy bite that will bring out your inner storyteller
Body: Medium-Full | ABV: 5.0% | IBU: 32. Like a trip to the Islands! We take a classic British porter and infuse it with fresh coconut
Body: Light-Medium | ABV: 5.2% | IBU: 52. Fragrant hops and fruity notes characterize this vibrant sessionable IPA
Body: Medium | ABV: 5.0% | IBU: 18. Farmer's Tan is our authentic Belgian style white ale made with flaked wheat, a Belgian yeast strain, fresh coriander and orange peel. The Brewmaster's choice as our must-try beer, it's the ideal summertime refresher, easy-drinking with a big citrus kick
Body: Medium | ABV: 5.0% | IBU: 40. Our version of a Czech pilsner raises the stakes by combining traditional Czech Saaz hops with German Sterling hops. The result is a big, full-bodied lager with a hoppy bite that's bitter but balanced
Body: Light-Medium | ABV: 5.0% | IBU: 15. Crisp, refreshing and easy drinking, all the things you want in a Blonde
Body: Light-Medium | ABV: 5.0% | IBU: 21. Blonde Ale -2 row, biscuit malt Hops-Idaho 7 & Vic Secret Light flavours of Tropical Fruit, citrus and hints of pine with herbal notes
Body: Light-Medium | ABV: 5.2% | IBU: 20. Like the pale Hefeweizen, Dunkelweizen is a traditional Bavarian beer style which, 40 years ago was almost forgotten outside of Bavaria but made a phenomenal comeback. The beer is unfiltered and a special yeast gives it the distinctive aroma and flavour of banana and clove. Dunkelweizen has a bigger body than Hefeeizen and due to the extra maltiness the spice and banana flavours may appear a bit subdued but are definitely there
Body: Medium | ABV: 5% | IBU: 23. Schwarzbier is a German style lager which got its name by its colour, i.e. black (Schwarz in German), though you won't ever find one that is truly black since the Germans sense of black, at least when it comes to beer, is rather faint. In North America this beer may also be called black pilsner, though this is misleading, since it has absolutely no pilsner characteristics. Malt clearly dominates both aroma and taste with some caramel notes, a hint of chocolate but no roastiness. Malt: 2-Row, Munich, CaraMunich, CaraAroma and Carafa Hops: Hallertauer Tradition and Hallertauer Mittelfrüh
Body: Full | ABV: 6.5% | IBU: 80. Aroma: Citrus and a hint of grapefruit Flavour: A light roast flavour with an assertive Citrus flavour from the late hop bombing
Body: Medium-Full | ABV: 11.5% | IBU: 60. The 2015 edition of Blue Monk Barley Wine aged for 3 months in Kentucky Bourbon Barrels
Body: Medium-Full | ABV: 9.5% | IBU: 65. The monk represents discipline, respect and morality but that doesn't mean he can't indulge in a holy brew now and then. Blue Monk Barley Wine is an English style strong ale characterized by an intense, fruity flavour with notes of bread and toffee. Malt varietals include 2-Row, Carastan, Special B and Munich. Hop Varietals include Chinook, Magnum and Cascade
Body: Medium | ABV: 5.5% | IBU: 35. A full-bodied, roasty, malty ale with a complementary oatmeal flavor. Mild roasted grain aromas, generally with a coffee-like character. A light malty sweetness can suggest a coffee-and-cream impression. Similar to the aroma, with a mild roasted coffee to coffee-and-cream flavor, and low to moderately-high fruitiness. Oats and dark roasted grains provide some flavor complexity; the oats can add a nutty, grainy or earthy flavor. Dark grains can combine with malt sweetness to give the impression of milk chocolate or coffee with cream. The tiramisu comes across as coffee and vanilla complimenting the stout taking the new Shaughnessy Stout and making into more of a dessert stout
