The homemade ultra-thin noodles with a crispy texture are coated in a rich and flavorful soup, truly exquisite! Please enjoy the taste that has been preserved since our establishment.

Tonkotsu flavor Motoaji topped with 2 slices of special chashu! Full of volume!

Based on a tonkotsu broth, this bowl is rich with black garlic oil and plenty of back fat, creating a thick and addictive umami flavor.

A rich dipping sauce with the umami of chicken and seafood combined with the deep flavor of tonkotsu soup. A dish that pairs perfectly with our homemade thick straight noodles! *It takes about 5 minutes for the noodles to be cooked.
