以櫃檯為中心的時尚店內隱藏著一種隱秘的氛圍，讓人從一開始就感到放鬆。店員隨和地解釋肉類，無論選擇哪個部位都能安心地烤製。厚切的牛舌每咬一口都能感受到鮮美的汁液四溢，搭配檸檬更是清爽。上等的牛肉和上等的肋條脂肪的甜味和融化的口感絕妙，無論是搭配醬汁還是鹽都非常合適。五種泡菜拼盤每種蔬菜的風味都很鮮明，正好可以作為口味的調和。最後點的盛岡冷麵，麵條有嚼勁，湯頭清爽，讓整頓餐點在最後都能愉快地結束。
