We offer various sizes for different purposes such as sukiyaki (starting from 525 yen), shabu-shabu (starting from 630 yen), stew (450 yen), diced cuts (390 yen), and ground beef (230 yen). We also accept orders for block sales for making roast beef at home (please consult in advance for a smooth transaction when ordering in blocks). The beef is mainly sourced from Ibaraki, the birthplace of the company's president, but please understand that the source may vary depending on the day.
Since the summer of 2012, we have made our delicious pork more affordable for many customers, with prices such as Komagire (pork shoulder): 105 yen, Momogire (pork thigh): 120 yen, and Rosu Slice (pork loin slice): 190 yen. We offer shabu-shabu and steak cuts, as well as block sales. The pork is sourced from the Kanto region, similar to beef.
We offer various cuts such as chicken breast for 90 yen, chicken thigh for 157 yen, and locally raised chicken thigh for 250 yen. Additionally, during the New Year period, we also provide premium chicken such as Hinata Red Chicken for 350 yen. Locally raised chicken is different from regular chicken as it is detoxified to remove waste and has a minimal gamy taste. It is perfect for dishes like hot pot and simmered dishes.
An original product from Meat Shop Ito, using fresh ground pork and juicy onions, each about 45g. Once you try it, you'll be hooked. While it is a regular size shumai at Meat Shop Ito, it is sufficiently large compared to other stores. Popular among children and women.
Featured on TV and in interviews. The specialty jumbo shumai from Meat Shop Ito is a big size weighing over 70g each. However, it is not rough in taste at all! While made with the same ingredients as regular shumai, the shaping method is different, and we have made efforts to provide customers with a taste that never gets boring no matter how much you eat. The meaty yet tender texture, along with the crispy texture of the onions, provides a satisfying eating experience that can only be enjoyed in this size. Both men and women can enjoy it with ease.
Available not only during the year-end and New Year holidays, but anytime. You can place an order at any time. We will slice it at the store and provide it, so please inform the staff of the desired quantity. Approximately 4 slices per 100g (varies depending on the day). During the year-end, we receive orders exceeding 100kg for this flagship product of Ito Meat Shop. There are three types available: 1000 yen, 1500 yen, and 2000 yen, each with differences such as the marbling pattern. The skin is crispy! The meat is juicy! Rich in collagen for beautiful women. Cooked slowly and thoroughly, then served with a special sauce. It is not uncommon for one person to purchase multiple pieces. We also provide extra sauce separately, so customers who prefer more sauce, as well as those who cannot eat it on the day of purchase, can reheat and enjoy it deliciously by pouring this sauce over it.
Authentic barbecued pork cooked in a secret sauce passed down by Ito, a meat shop that has been in business for 30 years. This sauce cannot be imitated by other stores. Additionally, we offer a limited quantity of salt-charred pork, seasoned with salt and garlic, and slowly baked in the oven until crispy. Both block and sliced versions are available for purchase (please note that sliced char siu may not always be available due to the nature of the product). A mixture of Japanese beef, pork, and chicken mince wrapped in cabbage. The inside is tender and juicy, with a generous size. The tomato-flavored soup is also popular.
Homemade and additive-free. Before dinner... If you pass by the shop around evening, you may encounter freshly baked ones. We add a strong seasoning and sear to concentrate the flavor. It's a proudly juicy and tender hamburger. It's a popular taste that can only be offered by a butcher shop, loved by people of all ages and genders. The original demiglace sauce is available for an additional 40 yen.

Instead of the traditional chicken base, these meatballs are made with beef as the main ingredient and served in a gentle sauce. The skill of the shop's mom shines through.
