Our meat is seasoned with "momi-dare," so you can enjoy it as is. The momi-dare is thoroughly cooked with garlic during preparation, which has received great praise for not leaving a lingering feeling in your stomach the next day. Please enjoy the grilled meat dipped in our homemade lemon ponzu and Kyoto-style "arai-dare." The fat of the meat becomes milder, allowing for a lighter taste.
