The eight-course dish with eel and conger eel rolled in Hachiman style, along with kinu-katsugi and Manji chili, is also meticulously prepared, and the grilled sweetfish is fragrant and satisfying. The duck hot pot in miso broth is enhanced with ginger and Sichuan pepper, and includes Ezo deer meatballs, while the meal concludes pleasantly with kishimen noodles, matcha, and sweets.
