I had lunch. Each dish was very delicious and I am very satisfied. I want to go again for the dinner course.

In a bright interior with the warmth of wood, you can spend time in a clean and comfortable environment. Dishes featuring local vegetables and fish from Mikawa Bay are lined up, and seasonal figs are skillfully used. From the appetizer of white sesame tofu and omelet to sashimi, grilled dishes, and vinegared dishes, each one reflects care and is delicious. It's enjoyable to have the lid of the pot opened right in front of you, and the freshly cooked rice is glossy. The tableware is also made by local pottery, making the presentation very appealing. The cheerful response from the staff is pleasant, allowing you to enjoy your meal leisurely.

It was good when we decided on the menu last time, but today we only made a reservation for the seats and chose the menu on the spot. I felt really rushed, perhaps because there was only one person serving us. Since it was a lunch with a friend I hadn't seen in a while, I wished we could have taken a little more time to decide. Also, the dessert ice cream was different for each person, so I would have liked to either have the same one or for them to ask about our preferences if we were to have different ones. That said, overall, it was a good value for the course and we enjoyed it deliciously. Thank you for the meal.

Ich freue mich jedes Mal auf die Vorspeisen. Auch diesmal gab es viele Überraschungen. Das Essig-Miso-Dressing mag ich nicht, aber hier war es so einfach zu essen, dass ich überrascht war. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass es mit ein wenig Anpassung so lecker werden kann. Ich habe das Schweinefleisch mit Ingwer bestellt, und die süß-salzige Würze war mild, während ich das Gefühl hatte, dass der Mirin-Effekt spürbar war.

The pizza baked in a traditional oven has a beautiful crust, and it brings happiness from the very first bite. The edges are nicely browned, while the center has a soft dough that feels light in the mouth. The richness and aroma of the cheese are strong, providing satisfaction as you continue to eat. It is served immediately after being made, allowing you to enjoy it while it's piping hot. The beautifully presented appetizers are also great, and the sausages and chicken are perfectly roasted, with a crispy exterior and juicy interior. They pair well with drinks, and the juice is refreshing and delicious.

It tasted simple and seemed to be good for you. The fish was salmon. The taste was not bad, but it would have been better if it was local food since we are not far from the sea. The grilled pork was delicious. I did not order it this time, but I was curious about the fried chicken and curry, so I would like to try them next time. They had organic coffee and orange juice, so I think the restaurant is thinking about safe ingredients.

The restaurant was spacious and comfortable to dined with. We stayed 2.5 hours.

On the way back from visiting Ajisai-no-sato, we stopped by "Chatei Fuwari" for a break. * I was interested in the lunch menu and the shaved ice, but this time, I ordered the dango set (with sweet bean paste and sweetened dumplings) 🍡. ꙳ * Thanks to the very calm store and the courteous wait staff, I had a relaxing and enjoyable time (^-^). The dumplings you bake by yourself are not only fun, but you can also adjust the degree of browning. I was glad to learn from the waiter that the secret to not getting burnt is to turn them over before they get stuck in the first place lol. * There seems to be another dango shop in Nagoya that bakes dumplings on a table-top stove, so I'm looking forward to trying that one next. ☔︎ * I'm looking forward to seeing the next one.
