Since it is a directly managed store, the freshness of the meat is outstanding, and the umami spreads from the first bite. The signature dish, raw salted beef tongue, has a coarse grain of snow salt that enhances the flavor, and with each bite, the meat juice bursts forth. The offal has no odor at all, and every part is plump and tender, making it impossible to stop using chopsticks. The moment of wrapping a mountain of rice, like something out of a manga, in meat and taking a big bite is incredibly blissful. There are also plenty of refreshing options like salad and mozuku vinegar, which make it enjoyable to eat lightly until the end. Thanks to the hot towel and tea served after the meal, the sense of satisfaction and warmth increased even more.

This time, it was used for a reception, and it was very well received. I would like to continue using it.

We used this restaurant for lunch. We brought our 9-month-old child with us, and we were able to sit him in the bambo for a relaxed meal in the upstairs seating area. There were many people with children, so we were able to spend our time without hesitation. The lunch + pancake set, which included soup and a drink, was priced at 2,000 yen. There were about six types of pancakes to choose from. I had the pancakes with maple milk sauce, which were so fluffy and soft that I could easily eat them after my lunch plate. The taste was also very good.

I used to visit often, and it was my first time since my younger child was born, so I think it had been about seven years? I really felt that the atmosphere and the taste were exceptional. When I made the reservation, I mentioned that it was a graduation celebration and requested a window seat if available, and to my surprise, they brought out a celebration plate! It was a very heartwarming surprise that made me so happy. On the way back, I asked for a taxi service, but there was a mix-up and a taxi came instead, which was a little incident, but I felt such wonderful hospitality and thoughtfulness that it didn't bother me at all, and it was a very satisfying night! (The next morning, I jogged to pick up the car without any issues, haha.)
