Während meiner Reise nach Aomori habe ich reserviert und das Omakase-Meeresfrüchte-Dons bestellt. Frischer und dicker Thunfisch und Lachs, Jakobsmuscheln und Ikura sowie verschiedene andere Meeresfrüchte wurden verwendet und es war sehr lecker. Das Restaurant befindet sich direkt vor dem Bahnhof Aomori und ist leicht zu finden, besonders empfehlenswert, wenn die Reisezeit knapp ist.

I visited on February 23, 2025. Despite it being my first visit, there was a handwritten card with the reservation name, which pleasantly surprised me with unexpected hospitality. The food was very delicious, and I was particularly impressed by the freshness of the fish. Not only great ingredients but also great personality of the owner! This is a great restaurant, not only for the wonderful ingredients, but also for the personality of the owner. I became friends with the person sitting next to me, and we even greeted each other seasonally. If you want fresh and delicious Japanese food, this is the place to go. Smoking is not allowed during evening meal times, so you can enjoy your meal without worrying about that. I would like to visit this restaurant again when I visit Aomori.
