The pan-seared sea bream and sautéed local pork are cooked to perfection, with a wonderful balance of surface texture and flavor. The lingering taste continues even with the apple ice cream for dessert, and it's enjoyable to have sake in a wine glass. The attentive service subtly picks up on our timing, and the breakfast selection was also satisfying.
