I visited Toshi at night. From the many recommended dishes written on the blackboard, I chose white mold cheese, buffalo caprese, tonteki snacks, squid ink risotto, and for dessert, café au lait semifreddo and panna cotta. Every dish was delicious and absolutely satisfying! This time I had non-alcoholic drinks, but I definitely want to enjoy it with some alcohol next time! I'm looking forward to the next visit!!

The 100% buckwheat soba has a rich aroma and goes down smoothly with the dipping sauce. The salad and chawanmushi are also well-prepared, contributing to a pleasant overall harmony. I appreciate that they are flexible in accommodating my preferences, such as with the fried white shrimp and tears rolls. The differences in the flavors of the sake are also clear, enhancing the dishes even further.

The fresh fish is abundant, and each one has a vibrant flavor. You can distinctly taste the deliciousness of the tuna, shrimp, and scallops. The balance of the vinegared rice is just right, making both the nigiri and the seafood bowl easy to enjoy. The clam soup with sea lettuce has a pleasant aroma and is comforting. There are counter seats, tatami rooms, and tables, making it a comfortable place to spend time. The service is bright and friendly, and it's great that takeout is also easy to use.
