I especially look forward to the liver sashimi and horse sashimi😊. Although the liver sashimi has to be lightly seared unlike in the past. Now you are not allowed to eat it raw. Yakiniku with my husband is 👪🥩🔥 beer🍻 and very enjoyable ♥️ The meat is also very satisfying with good quality and taste! I have been a fan of Juubei since we were newlyweds (although the restaurant location has changed') ❣️ I will never forget the taste of the liver sashimi I first had about 18 years ago on my husband's recommendation! This restaurant still brings back fond memories of those days 🤗.

Summer ramen at a popular Niihama ramen shop 🍜! I've been waiting for a long time to try this ramen since it was recommended to me last year by one of my senpai in the office! I want to try cold ramen and enjoy it in summer 😂. For those who do, try the cold niboshi shiru ramen 🍜. Personally, I prefer the salt version, which is more light and tasty enough to eat even if you are suffering from summer fatigue 😋. If you change the taste by mixing some fishmeal into the soup, you can enjoy it twice in one bowl 👍

All the food was very tasty! I loved the wagyu beef nigiri the best. I ordered the kiss tempura and octopus tempura, but I never got tired of the vegetable tempura that was also included. There were many kinds of sake (especially sake) to choose from!
