Meine erste Reise nach Fukui, ich habe am ersten Abend einen Platz an der Theke reserviert und bin dort eingekehrt. Eigentlich wollte ich alles dem Küchenchef überlassen, aber da ich zum ersten Mal in dieser Gegend und in diesem Restaurant war, hatte ich nicht den Mut dazu und bestellte das Menü für 5.500 Yen, was mich sehr zufrieden stellte. Die Bestellung von Alkohol erfolgte über ein Tablet mit klarer Abrechnung, die Bedienung war schnell und gleichzeitig höflich und wunderbar, ich hatte die beste Zeit. Vielen Dank für das Essen.
The salt liver and the moon-viewing tsukune were very delicious. The sake was reasonably priced, and I think it shows considerable corporate effort to be able to offer it at this price. I will use it again when I visit Fukui.
Der gegrillte Nodoguro war perfekt zubereitet, die Salzmischung war exquisit! Außerdem hatten wir geschmortes rotes Flunder, Sashimi nach Wahl und geschmorte Taro-Knollen, alles war köstlich! Der hintere Raum mit dem eingetieften Tisch war ruhig und sehr gemütlich.

We were three people and were glad to have a very spacious place prepared for us as we had made a reservation in advance.

The young staff's friendly service is also very pleasant. It's a place you want to support.
However, the ladies tend to take a long time after finishing their meals. Wouldn't it be okay to set a time limit? Although it's different if you order drinks.

As expected from Senara, it was very delicious and I was impressed. The food was all very tasty as well.
However, we had made a reservation for six people a while ago, but the seats were too cramped, and perhaps because of that, the air conditioning was not working well at all, making it too hot.
Honestly, we could only eat and couldn't stay long.
I would have preferred a slightly larger space for a table for six, and if it's a barbecue restaurant, I would like the air conditioning to be a bit more effective. The taste is definitely not in question!
