I visited when I stayed in Kitakata. I had a set of jumbo shrimp tempura and pork cutlet, along with miso soup with sea lettuce and clams. It was very delicious. The rice, in particular, was incredibly tasty, and even though I was full, I ended up having a second helping. Both the food and the service were wonderful, and I definitely want to visit again.
I'm usually in line here. If it's Kitakata ramen, this is the place! The soup is clear and refreshing, yet when you eat the noodles, it hits you quite hard. It's a mysterious ramen. I recommend the thick, curly noodles.
You can relax in a retro interior. The clear-tasting soup pairs well with the springy curly noodles. The chashu is thick and tender, with a rich flavor that spreads gradually. The toppings of naruto, menma, and finely chopped green onions balance the taste perfectly. The salt ramen also goes perfectly with the flavorful chashu. Not only the ramen, but the gyoza and fried rice are also satisfying and highly recommended.
The scent of firewood in the store is pleasant, allowing for a relaxed time. The handmade dishes that cherish ingredients from Aizu are all delicious. The soft fried shrimp that can be enjoyed with the shell was so fragrant that I couldn't stop eating it. The focaccia baked in the shop has a light aroma of rosemary, and it pairs well with olive oil and rock salt. You can enjoy it as a course, making it a calm experience with family or loved ones. If you consult in advance, they will kindly accommodate allergies, allowing you to enjoy the food with peace of mind.
The restaurant is owned by the son of the owner of Kiichi, which I just uploaded.
I never knew that Kitakata x salt flavor could be so delicious.
The wife is beautiful and plays a good role as well as the taste. LOL!
