I was able to park in front of the store and was quickly guided to my seat. There are both tatami and table seating, and ordering can be done smoothly with both the staff and a tablet. The grill was lit for us, and it’s convenient that I can adjust the heat to my liking with the knob on the side. The kalbi, loin, and harami are tender, and the slightly sweet sauce goes well with the rice. The mildly spicy soup has a gentle heat, is easy to drink with plenty of eggs, and has enough volume to share and enjoy. The stone-grilled potato salad is mixed with chopped bacon, mayonnaise, and mustard, and the occasional crispy bits that form are the best.
They have a wide selection of sake, and the junmai sake is very good!
The sashimi was also amazing, as you would not expect from a prefecture with no ocean!

The moment I entered, I was excited by the sense of openness in the stylish space. The dishes that utilize seasonal ingredients are beautifully colorful, and the small side dishes arranged in wooden boxes are delightful. The hamburger is packed with the rich flavor of the meat, and each side dish provides a satisfying experience. The coffee made from freshly roasted beans has a wonderful aroma, and can be enjoyed leisurely with sweets. There is a kids' corner, so families can relax together. The terrace seating where dogs are allowed is also pleasant, making you want to stay longer.
The interior is new and clean, and the eel noren (a traditional fabric divider) is lovely, making it a pleasant place to spend time. There are private tables and tatami rooms, which is nice for enjoying a meal in a calm atmosphere. The signature dish, unagi (grilled eel) served in a wooden tub, comes with condiments, small side dishes, a clear soup with Nankin fried tofu, pickles, and dessert, which is exciting. The eel is grilled over charcoal, giving the skin a fragrant crispness, while the flesh is fluffy and juicy, perfectly complementing the rich sauce. The fluffy dashi omelet is also impressive, made with plenty of eggs, providing a satisfying experience. I felt that it was easy to use for family gatherings and business meetings, as you can watch a large eel swimming at the entrance.
