If you make a reservation, the food will come out without much waiting. Although I was at the counter seat, I could see a little bit of the cooking process, and the food was fluffy and delicious. Personally, I found the sauce a bit on the salty side, but that's just a matter of preference.

Lunch is served in a course style, and I am happy to be able to choose between pasta or pizza in addition to salad and soup. I particularly enjoyed the salad with a balsamic aroma and the gentle texture of the potage. The pizza was fragrant and perfectly baked, with a crispy surface and a chewy inside, while the pasta was cooked to just the right firmness. There is also dessert available after the meal, and I can enjoy delicious cannoli and torta.

This is the perfect place when you're in the mood for grilled meat. The thick tongue, salted offal, and skirt steak are all tender, with no unpleasant odors and a rich flavor. The taste is so good that you can't stop eating the white rice, and I also enjoyed the sauced roast and the crispy grilled pork belly. The set meals are substantial, and you can enjoy kimchi, namul, and seaweed soup as well. The light soy sauce ramen and Morioka-style cold noodles are refreshing and easy to eat, with the kimchi adding a nice accent along the way. The staff are friendly, and you can enjoy your meal slowly in a comfortable atmosphere.
