Upon entering the restaurant, a clean space filled with the pleasant aroma of spices instantly lifts your spirits. The staff, hailing from Nepal, greeted us warmly and provided very attentive service. The curry, which allows you to choose the level of spiciness, had a deep richness, and opting for a slightly stronger spice brought out its umami. The tandoor-baked lamb, pork, and chicken were tender and juicy, perfectly complemented by the special sauce. The chewy naan, wrapped with sweet honey and melting cheese, was excellent both on its own and paired with the curry. The berry lassi and milk-rich chai we ordered after the meal were also gentle on the palate, leaving us completely satisfied until the end.
