Even after the renovation, the atmosphere that values history remains intact, making it a comfortable place. The signature curry is a sweet, slow-cooked dish with tender beef that melts in your mouth. The hayashi rice features a more refined and rich demi-glace, offering a different charm from the curry. The chestnut potage is finished using classic techniques, and the presentation of serving it right in front of you is delightful. The condiments like coconut, fried onions, mango chutney, fukujinzuke, pickled shallots, and pickles are also enjoyable, expanding the variety of flavors. The staff's smiles and prompt service are wonderful, warming the heart with their classic hospitality.

The open layout is spacious, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The view from the window looks like a framed painting, and it is very beautiful. The classic atmosphere conveyed by the building is pleasant and uplifting. The presentation of the dishes is elegant, and they use a lot of vegetables, all of which are delicious. The abalone and beef fillet were very tender and had a good mouthfeel. The desserts finished at the table with a cart were enjoyable, and I was able to savor the after-dinner drinks deeply.
I ordered the stone-grilled bibimbap set. The bibimbap, seafood stew, japchae, and kimchi were diverse and delicious. Since I love vegetables, I would be happy if there were a few more vegetable dishes available as a la carte options.

Charcoal Grill
A charcoal-grilled teppanyaki restaurant located in the Bay Court Club in Hakone.
The restaurant serves high-end ingredients such as foie gras, abalones, and wagyu beef, which are charbroiled right in front of your eyes.
The aroma of the charcoal grill adds to the flavor of the premium ingredients, and the taste is unmistakably delicious.
The char-grilled foie gras was especially exquisite.
We used this place for a family gathering (7 people) during the New Year holidays. I was first grateful that it was open on New Year's Eve when many places in Hakone are closed. Everyone in the family was surprised by the high quality of the food. The quality of the meat was comparable to that in Ginza, with no shortcomings. Everything was truly delicious. The beef tongue was especially exquisite. My daughter was so impressed that she said she could 'eat it forever' and was very satisfied. Considering the quality of the food, I thought the cost performance was good (about 7,500 yen per person) after eating and drinking. I definitely want to use this place again.
