Kanagawa No.1 Ramen
Since I was in Yugawara, I came to this restaurant, which is ranked No.1 or No.2 in Kanagawa in the best ramen of the food log.
On Saturday morning, the restaurant opened at 11:00 a.m., but I was the first in line after 10:00 a.m.! Then, about 10 minutes before opening, the line started to grow longer and longer, and by the time the restaurant opened, there were already more than 30 people in line. It was as you would expect.
Shoyu Shoyu Wonton Chashu Noodle
Since it was my first time here, I chose the basic shoyu sauce, and since it was my first time here, I decided to have the wonton chashu-men.
I took a sip of the soup and was shocked at how good it tasted! Delicious! The soy sauce Kaeshi amplifies the flavor of the soup!
And the noodles...I wasn't sure about the noodles since they looked like somen noodles, but they were surprisingly firm and chewy. As expected!
The chashu pork is tender and the wontons are delicious!
This may be the best ramen I have ever had!
The biggest drawback is that Yugawara is far away.... I would love to eat there again, but I don't think I'll be able to make it...

Inside the restaurant, there is a large tank where lively fish are served as dishes. With a variety of fresh sashimi and diverse dishes available, you can relax and enjoy a delicious time.
Ich habe am Morgen des Reisetages eine Reservierung für das Mittagessen auf dem Rückweg von meiner Solo-Reise gemacht. Wie in den Bewertungen erwähnt, ist das Restaurant in Yugawara sehr beliebt, und es kamen viele Gäste direkt zur Öffnung an, sodass ich froh war, reserviert zu haben. Das Personal, das uns bediente, war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Während ich in der offenen Küche zusah, wartete ich entspannt auf die Lieferung. Die Gerichte, die mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet wurden, hatten zwar eine Wartezeit, waren aber äußerst schmackhaft und erfüllten meine Erwartungen. Da ich es mir nicht entgehen lassen wollte, bestellte ich das Steak-Mittagessen, das immer auf der Mittagskarte steht, während die anderen Gäste anscheinend die Fischgerichte bevorzugten, die ebenfalls sehr lecker aussahen.
Das Steak-Mittagessen war mit einer intensiven Sauce und gegrilltem Gemüse, das sehr geschmackvoll war, und ich war sehr zufrieden. Die Sauce war Steak-Sauce, vielleicht auch mit Basilikum, Meerrettich und Petersilienbutter? Verschiedene Saucen waren auf dem Teller angerichtet, ohne sich zu vermischen, und boten eine Vielzahl von Geschmäckern. (Entschuldigung, falls die Saucen ganz anders waren.)
Das Fleisch war perfekt gegart, hatte einen guten Biss und war wirklich köstlich. Der Tofu und der frittierte Tofu in der Miso-Suppe waren etwas größer und hatten einen intensiven Geschmack, der darauf hindeutete, dass sie von einem Spezialgeschäft bezogen wurden. Auch der Reis und die kleine Schale mit eingelegtem Gemüse waren beeindruckend. Ich fragte mich, warum all diese Komponenten so gut zum Steak passten und so köstlich waren.
Die Schalen, Teller und Schüsseln waren sehr elegant und wurden wie ein komplettes Set serviert, was sehr schön war.
Ich freue mich auf meine nächste Reise nach Yugawara. Die Lieferung der Gerichte, des Reises, der Miso-Suppe und des Tees kam in einem hervorragenden Timing, was die Beliebtheit des Restaurants erklärt. In Yugawara gibt es viele leckere Restaurants, und einige haben auch Warteschlangen, was ebenfalls den Reiz der Reise ausmacht, aber es war sehr angenehm, dass ich für meine Solo-Reise online reservieren konnte. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

I arrived 15 minutes before my reservation time.
I thought they would let me in since there were empty seats, but I was told, 'Please wait at the entrance until your reservation time,' and I was made to wait in the narrow entrance. The restaurant was empty, and there were available seats, so it would have been fine to guide me to a seat even before the reserved time, right?
The food was normally delicious.
It seems to be a chain store located in a metropolitan university in Tokyo. I was able to enjoy delicious meals in a stylish American atmosphere. In particular, the owner's special spare ribs were extremely tasty, and the dishes that featured seafood such as oysters and scallops were also appealing.
I had a 6-year-old grandchild, so I requested a private room thinking it would be a nuisance to others. We were able to enjoy our meal without any reservations. The food was delicious, regardless of what we ate, as it was seasoned to our liking. I would like to go again soon.
