Ich habe das Restaurant besucht, um mit einem Freund, der aus Tokio kommt, in Ruhe zu essen. Das Ambiente im Restaurant war nicht zu lässig, aber auch nicht zu formell, es war eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Speisen verwendeten saisonale Zutaten und man konnte auch alkoholfrei genießen. Das Gleichgewicht der Gänge war ebenfalls gut. Die kleinen Süßigkeiten waren niedlich und man konnte sie auch visuell genießen. Ich hatte eine schöne Zeit.

Der Service war gut und das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Hähnchenfleisch war so zart, dass ich gerne zwei Portionen davon gehabt hätte, wenn es noch etwas jünger gewesen wäre. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in die Richtung Kumamoto Yamagata gehe, werde ich auf jeden Fall vorbeischauen.

Wenn man den versteckten Eingang passiert, kann man sich in einem ruhigen Innenraum entspannen. Das hausgemachte Brot, das zu jedem Gericht passt, duftet köstlich, und wenn man das Tomatenbrot mit Olivenöl kombiniert, ist es einfach großartig. Reservations are only for the yakitori course. The regular course includes 10 skewers and various stylish and delicious side dishes.
Everything is really delicious, and they come out at a leisurely pace while you chat, so both your stomach and heart are satisfied, making you feel very luxurious. In addition to craft beer, there is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages such as cocktails and sours, making it fun to choose.
I'm glad I made a reservation - both the atmosphere and the food were very satisfying.
