The shells are easy to open, allowing you to focus on eating.
I was very satisfied with this for 4,000 yen.
I bought three packs of oyster tsukudani for 1,500 yen each as souvenirs. They were packed full and delicious!

I arrived 30 minutes early for my reservation, but I was greeted warmly at the reception. It was a weekday during summer vacation, but it was quite busy. I'm glad I made a reservation. The sashimi and fried shrimp were excellent. As for the grilled abalone with butter, I personally didn't think the bell peppers and cabbage were necessary. I think just grilling the abalone would have been enough... it was delicious. I want to go again.
