The atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful, and although it is crowded with many customers, I was able to enjoy my meal without worrying. I would like to visit this restaurant again.

This restaurant offers locally grown vegetables and local fish dishes caught by the owner himself. The sumptuous rice balls filled with fish fillets are exquisite. All dishes go well with sake. The only seating is at the counter, but it is a cozy, homey atmosphere.

The salted tongue is tender, with a pleasant elasticity, and very delicious. The belly has a gradually spreading sweetness from the fat, and the offal has a fun, bouncy texture. The refreshing soy sauce-based dipping sauce pairs well, and adding a bit of garlic enhances the flavor even more. The kimchi is also flavorful, and you can grill thoroughly while feeling the smoke in the restaurant, which has both tables and tatami seating.
