This is a Jiro-style ramen that I have always been a fan of. The soy sauce is delicious, but I recommend the shio (salt) ramen. Especially, the fishmeal topping with all the extra toppings is amazing. If you come here, please give it a try.

The chewy knife-cut noodles paired perfectly with the sour and spicy soup, giving me energy with every bite. The menu is extensive, and I feel that whatever I choose will be a hit. The greasiness is moderate, allowing me to enjoy the meal lightly until the end, and I even enjoyed the almond tofu. The pickles and preserved vegetables are also available for free, providing excellent service, and it is a very satisfying restaurant.

The thick slices of Sendai beef tongue are thick yet tender, making them very easy to eat. The upper rib and marbled loin also have a fragrant fat that provides a rich flavor. The salad dressing, kimchi, and namul taste homemade, enhancing the deliciousness of the grilled meat. It's enjoyable to grill over charcoal in a shichirin, and the offal has a nice bounce and freshness. There are three types of sauce: soy sauce-based, salt, and salted sauce, allowing for personal preference. Wine, highballs, and sake pair well, and I was completely satisfied until the end.
