The courses, combining the techniques of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine that the chef has honed through training, offer discoveries with each dish and never get boring. The fluffy flan made with local eggs and the salt mapo tofu fragrant with Sichuan pepper showcase the ingenuity in bringing out the flavors of the ingredients. The seasonal rolls packed with salmon and the whole Peking duck served are impressive and very satisfying. On rainy days, the attentive service that welcomes you with an umbrella warms your heart. The homemade soda made with fruits from Nara and the antler chopstick rests add delightful touches, making it a place I would confidently recommend to friends.
