I had the 5,000 yen course for lunch. The atmosphere of the restaurant was soothing, and I was satisfied with the color and taste of all the dishes. We were served three different kinds of freshly baked bread on the way to the restaurant, and we were very full after having dessert. I would like to go back again.

In a calm, traditional farmhouse-style interior, you can feel relaxed. The noodles are thick with a strong chewiness, and the smooth texture is excellent. The rich broth typical of Kyushu becomes even more aromatic when ginger is dissolved in it, making it addictive. The freshly fried tempura has a crispy batter, and both the vegetables and shrimp highlight the sweetness of the ingredients. The staff greet you with smiles and attentively engage with you, making for a pleasant dining experience. It's also enjoyable to watch the process of making udon, and even the waiting time is exciting.

As I arrived at the calm Japanese building down the narrow path, I was immediately excited by the aroma of fugu. The first dish, blanched fugu skin, was firm and had a delightful texture, and I couldn't stop eating it with the refreshing ponzu sauce. The following sashimi was cut a bit thicker, with an excellent balance of transparency and elasticity. The nigiri and fried fugu also made an appearance, each bringing out different charms with the slightly sweet rice and the crispy coating. Furthermore, I warmed up with the hot pot and chawanmushi, and I was able to enjoy the deliciousness of fugu all the way to the final zosui. I was able to relax in a private room, and the friendly staff's attentiveness made for a very satisfying meal.
