I also had the pleasure of trying real champagne from the Champagne region, which can only be found at this restaurant in Takatsuki, and I was completely satisfied. This was my first visit to Kokorone, and I had heard that reservations were required, so I came to enjoy lunch. The name of this restaurant is Kokorone. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the food fully reflected the owner, Mr. Katayama's passion for his restaurant. This experience led to a slight change in my conception of cooking.

I was able to have a meal slowly in a calm atmosphere. Everything I ate was very delicious.

The atmosphere was quiet and we were seated at the counter to match our eating pace. The sake had a fruity jazzberry flavor and gorgeous ruby color, and went well with meats and salads. The tsukidashi of sakura shrimps, grated daikon and radish was also delicious. Kinshachi Nagoya Akamiso Lager is a fusion of red miso and malted barley that gives it a deep and unique flavor. We also had it hot and enjoyed the taste of special junmai bottle-stored sake.

I enjoyed every dish. One item felt a bit expensive, but since it was a private room, I was able to have a meal in a quiet space, which was nice! Also, I was able to overcome my dislike of eel, which I had struggled with until today, and it was delicious, so I felt like I wanted to go again. Thank you very much! ⭐

The lunch menu is attractive in its variety and spiciness. The shrimp vermicelli salad is generously garnished with ingredients, and the stir-fried pork with curry has a wonderful moro-moro texture. The green curry is hearty and has a perfect balance of sweet and spicy, with a refreshing herbal flavor. The noodles are a bit soft and sometimes difficult to eat, but the combination of ingredients, like konnyaku with shrimp flavor, is wonderful. The tapioca dessert is satisfyingly sweet. This was truly an authentic Thai restaurant. Thank you for the food.

The stylish restaurant is nice, but the robata at Izakaya is also great.
