Wir haben ein Zimmer für zwei Personen reserviert. Wir haben aus dem Mittagsmenü ausgewählt, Nigiri und Chirashi gegessen. Die Frische war selbstverständlich, und die Zutaten waren groß und dick, was sehr zufriedenstellend war. Die Bedienung war freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber ich war noch mehr von den günstigen Preisen überrascht und zufrieden. Das Sushi am Tisch ist auch gut, aber ich möchte wieder hingehen.

The dishes prepared by the chef and the itamae (head chef) are sure to satisfy both in appearance and taste.
In a stylish space where the kitchen is visible, both the counter and the table are comfortable. Each dish brings a surprise, and the presentation is beautiful and exciting. The foie gras macarons, ayu rillettes, and seafood mousse wrapped in flower zucchini were particularly impressive. The linguine with whelk had a great balance with the lobster sauce and the texture of the noodles was excellent. The sweetness of the roasted vegetables, the aroma of the duck confit, and the final touch of the blancmange and coffee were all very satisfying. The bubbles and orange wine paired well, creating an atmosphere where I could enjoy a leisurely time with friends.

The pasta is very delicious. I'm happy that the lunch salad is heaped up. This is the restaurant where my husband gave me an engagement ring in a private room at the back. It's my favorite restaurant.
