The soft serve made with Hachijo Jersey milk is exceptionally delicious. The mix with ashitaba flavor has a light crunch, and while it is rich, the aftertaste is refreshing. The ashitaba parfait, with layers of ice cream, sweet red bean paste, flakes, and Jersey ice cream, is a perfect match and becomes more enjoyable as you eat.
