A beloved traditional cold noodle shop in Busan
Established in 1953, Motoyama Menya is a cold noodle specialty shop located in Nampodong, Busan. Founded by a woman from Hamgyeong Province in the north, the shop is now run by her second-generation son. They offer two types of cold noodles: Pyongyang-style mul-naengmyeon and Hamheung-style bibim-naengmyeon, each featuring different types of noodles. The soup, made by simmering beef, pork, chicken, and over 10 types of vegetables for hours, is exquisite.
