Ramen Makotoya Ichinomiya Asano

This ramen shop is known for its rich yet light-tasting beef bone broth, extracted from a large quantity of beef bones. The thin noodles can be customized for firmness, creating an excellent harmony with the broth. The homemade spicy red sauce, infused with sesame, and the table-side pickled mustard greens allow guests to adjust the spiciness and add personal touches. The side dishes, such as fried chicken and fried rice, are also highly praised, and the efficient service makes for a pleasant dining experience.
