In a thrilling battle against time Here we go! To Marusho's! * The turnover is good, so we were able to sit down right away. I ordered the Taiwanese Mazesoba! The food came out rather quickly, which was a relief ✨. A bite of rice to finish with the mazesoba was also served at the same time. What? Can't it get cold? I wish they would serve it later! I thought, "I wish it would be served later..." but I couldn't say that... * Beautifully cut ingredients✨ I was struck by the diced bamboo shoots! I was so happy to feel the thoughtfulness or the sense of togetherness! And speaking of mazesoba, The immoral feeling of putting chopsticks in the egg yolk and mixing it in...the best ❤️❤️ *Mazesoba is a noodle soup with a sticky, flat noodle soup. Just outside the ticket gate!　Shin-Osaka｜Good food and happiness! Shin-Osaka Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, "New Naniwa Grand Shokudo" is located right outside the ticket gates. There are 6 stores with a wide variety of food! One of them is Mensya Marusho! There are two sets of U-shaped counters inside the restaurant. This kind of eco-friendly restaurant can be seen from the aisle! But it wasn't as uncomfortable as I said it would be! There is a ticket machine on the left side of the restaurant, so you buy a meal ticket there. Speaking of Marusho, their signature dish is "Taiwanese Mazesoba"! I have had it at the Esaka and Shin-Osaka restaurants, but today I had a craving for it! The Shin-Osaka branch is currently not open at night, so I came to the subway. Taiwanese Mazesoba 780 yen with a small amount of rice Yes, that's right! That's the visual! Nori, chives, white onions, bamboo shoots, minced meat, egg yolk in the middle, and an egg on top of the noodles. All of this, all of this, all of this, all of this, all of this is mixed together! I don't have a good picture of it, but I'm going to eat it! The spiciness of the minced meat, the egg, the crunchiness of the leek, the punch of the chives, and the various ingredients are all mixed together to make a janky dish! It's just so junky! Since I was in Mikuni today, I decided to try Marusho's Taiwanese mazesoba. It was quite spicy and made me sweat, but I finished it easily. Amen.
