This nabe course includes daily specials and seasonal fish sashimi. You can choose between zosui (rice porridge) or noodles for the end of the course. The nabe course changes weekly. Please contact us if you have any requests.
Two glasses of the owner's favorite sake, three small appetizers and simple sashimi are included. You can choose your favorite sake, but there are some that are not available.
We source our sake from liquor stores through unique channels, allowing us to offer them at low prices. We handle rare Japanese sake brands such as 14th Generation, Jikon, Hanayaka, Tazaka, Aramasa (No.6 series, private series like Hinotori, colors series), Hiroki, Sharaku, Kurodragon, and seasonal sake that changes daily. The menu is constantly updated, so rare sake may occasionally be out of stock, but we will restock them soon. We also offer brands like Otokoyama, Tazaka, Mutsu Hassen, Kamikawa Taisetsu, Akabu, Ichinokura, Yuki no Bousha, Aramasa, Tatenokawa, Kamiki Gen, 14th Generation, Yamagata Masamune, Bakuren, Kudoki Jozu, Houou Bidan, Senkin, Oze no Yukidoke, Tensei, Tengu Mai, Kiku Hime, Kuzuryu, Mikotsuru, Hourai, Kozaemon, Takeno Tsukasa, Kikuishi, Nito, Gikyo, Akika, Kamo Tsuru, Tenbi, Dassai, Wakanami, Nabeshima, Chiebijin, and Tenpu, among others.
