The specialty hitsumabushi 'White and Black' features both white and black eel. Starting from 4280 yen (tax included).
Enjoy a variety of flavors using a whole eel, including eel rolls, grilled eel, grilled eel liver, and hitsumabushi.
In addition to hitsumabushi and unadon, we also offer a variety of a la carte dishes. This masterpiece uses half a 24cm eel, carefully wrapped in egg and grilled to perfection. It pairs exceptionally well with eel sauce and is sure to become addictive. Please enjoy it together with hitsumabushi or unadon!
