We use a generous amount of rare cuts from A5 rank black-haired Japanese beef cows, such as Tomo Sankaku and Shin Shin. Please enjoy it mixed with Inoue's special sauce.
Torotaku has become a yakiniku restaurant! The crunchy texture of the pickled daikon is complemented by the rare cut of meat, tomosankaku, instead of negitoro. The rice is seasoned with bamboo charcoal soy sauce, making it a perfect match. The photo shows a serving for one.

This is a very popular menu item that allows you to feel the moderate fat and the deliciousness of the meat.
[Limited Quantity Menu] Only liver that has been delivered and processed on the same day is used. Due to market conditions, there is no delivery on Sundays and Mondays, so it is out of stock for most weeks. The quantity is limited, so it will end as soon as it runs out. Please enjoy it well-cooked with grated garlic.
The longer the meat is rested, the more amino acids are released, enhancing its flavor. Therefore, our restaurant uses only the highly flavorful tongue that has been aged for over a month, which is soft, juicy, and has a unique elasticity. (One serving consists of 4 slices.)
