A flavor that conveys the charm of Bobal with freshness and concentration. This red wine from Covinas, the most beloved winery in Valencia, the birthplace of paella, features a deep red-purple color and aromas of wild strawberry and currant. It has firm notes of red fruit and a soft, savory taste. The Bobal grapes, hand-harvested from vines over 25 years old, are aged in oak for three months. The design is inspired by the coins used by merchants who dominated the Mediterranean in the 2nd century BC.
