Light, thin-skinned see-through gyoza that emphasizes a level of lightness where the filling is almost visible. The gyoza of the day is made fresh that same day. The ingredients include carefully selected black wagyu beef, garlic from Aomori Prefecture, and ginger from Kochi Prefecture, along with a generous amount of top-quality domestic vegetables!! Increase the garlic with 'Aomori Prefecture Garlic Chili Oil'!! Add a punch with 'Special Spicy Chili Oil with a Kick' that becomes addictive!! Enjoy changing the flavor to your liking. Is this the new standard!? Vinegar and pepper are also recommended!!
