Sake and delicacies (appetizer) natural fugu sashimi, natural fugu thinly sliced, natural fugu skin grilled with soy sauce, natural fugu shirako grilled (additional charge of +5500 yen), natural fugu ara deep-fried, natural fugu hot pot, natural fugu zosui, dessert (seasonal fruit). The content of the dishes may change slightly.
This is a kaiseki meal featuring natural fugu sashimi, grilled natural fugu shirako, and a variety of dishes made with natural fugu. (Other seafood will also be included in the kaiseki meal.)

Haramasa Nama Nama Daiginjo, personally selected by the proprietress of Takahashi Shoten from different tanks of Daiginjo at the brewery. This is the original sake that pairs best with the dishes at Mansou. The sake event is scheduled to start on March 23 this year.
