We had a private room where we could watch the evening turn into night and focus on having a good time and chatting. Although the wait was a bit long, the children enjoyed themselves at dessert. The restaurant is located on the 12th floor with a spectacular view, and I especially recommend the carrot potage and mini croquettes, Biwa trout babalouis and marinated salmon with spring vegetables in lemon avocado sauce. Guest rooms with a view of Lake Biwa, which also include a hot spring with free-flowing hot spring water, offer a varied buffet breakfast. The birthday cake is also specially made and can be left to the restaurant to make. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
