Famous for its 14 generations, Asahi Taka from Takagi Sake Brewery in Murayama City, Yamagata Prefecture. In recent years, it has become a difficult-to-obtain local sake. Despite being a junmai, it has a rich aroma similar to ginjo sake and is very popular. We are continuously restocking, but please understand if it is sold out.
