Sanuki Udon Yosuga

The freshly made udon has a firm texture and is served in a bowl fragrant with Ibuki dried sardine broth. The homemade udon is made using wheat from Hokkaido and pairs perfectly with freshly fried tempura. The meat udon is a recommended dish that offers a delightful trio of flavors. Sanuki Udon Yosuga is located just a few minutes' walk from Shin-Nakano Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and opened on June 5th. It features a monthly changing menu that offers new flavors with each visit, as well as a broth made from Ibuki iriko, based on years of research.
