A beer truly made for unaju that cannot be tasted anywhere else. This sansho beer uses sansho berries from Ichinoseki. It has a fresh mouthfeel with a spreading aroma of sansho.
A reproduction of the first beer ever made in Japan. It is said that Kōmin Kawamoto, a Dutch scholar from the Mita Domain where our shop is located, was so impressed by the beer served on the American ship during Perry's arrival at the end of the Edo period that he brewed the first beer in our country. This beer is brewed using top fermentation methods to faithfully recreate the beer of that time, resulting in a rich and flavorful beer. Please enjoy the 'First Beer of Japan.'
